ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to lead the organic growth of all our social media channels across multiple Ruby Labs brands. This is a full-time position reporting to the Marketing Director and collaborating closely with our Creative and Marketing teams.

Your mission will be to grow our social media profiles organically and drive trial sign ups for our products. You will own the strategy and execution of our presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging channels. You’ll launch high-impact, engaging content and campaigns designed to attract attention, encourage interaction, and convert audiences into users.

We’re looking for a social media expert who not only understands how to grow reach and engagement, but also how to convert that attention into measurable acquisition and product sign-ups.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Social Media Strategy & Execution: Lead the organic social media strategy across multiple Ruby Labs brands and platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat), with a direct focus on driving organic growth and product trials.

- Campaign Ideation: Conceptualise and launch viral content campaigns, including giveaways, challenges, collaborations, and community-driven initiatives.

- Content Calendar Management: Create and manage monthly content calendars for each brand, ensuring strategic alignment, platform-specific optimisation, and timely delivery.
