Eurofins is seeking a Social Compliance Lead Auditor to join their Consumer Products Assurance team. This remote position focuses on executing social compliance audits for clients, primarily within the United States. The role involves managing and developing social compliance auditors, as well as leading audit executions to ensure adherence to established protocols and client requirements.

Key responsibilities include performing audits in line with Eurofins' client and program instructions, preparing comprehensive audit reports for submission to the Eurofins Audit Report Coordination Center (ARCC), and responding promptly to any post-audit queries. Additionally, the Lead Auditor will contribute to the continuous improvement of operating procedures and methodologies, ensuring the integrity and consistency of audit service delivery on a global scale.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, along with at least five years of experience in professional services and/or auditing. A minimum of three years' experience managing teams of professionals is required. An APSCA CSCA certificate/license is also necessary. Essential skills include significant knowledge of social audits, risk management, and process management consulting concepts, as well as effective oral and written communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to interpret regulations and standards.
