SOC L2 Analyst
BrainRocket is seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Level 2 Analyst to join our Information Security team. As a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have established a strong presence in multiple countries, including Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia. Our team of over 1,300 professionals is dedicated to innovation and rapid product development.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring security alerts and events using tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls. Your day-to-day tasks will include performing initial triage and analysis of security events, investigating network traffic and system logs for suspicious activity, and responding to and managing security incidents promptly. Additionally, you will document all findings and contribute to incident reports and SOC documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in security operations, incident response, or threat monitoring. A strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat vectors, and defense techniques is essential. Experience with SIEM tools like Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, or ELK, as well as familiarity with IDS/IPS, EDR, firewalls, and email/web security solutions, is required. Knowledge of cloud security, particularly AWS and Azure, and familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and the Cyber Kill Chain are also important.
