The Senior Onboarding Consultant at KnowBe4 plays a pivotal role in the Global Customer Services team, ensuring a seamless and successful onboarding experience for new clients across the company's diverse product offerings, including Security Awareness, Cloud Email Security, and Risk Management. This remote position involves close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders such as Sales, Customer Success Managers, Customer Support, Product, and Engineering teams to guide clients through the onboarding process, providing best practices on product setup, configuration, activation, and deployment of initial high-value use cases into production.
