As an SMB Sales Specialist at Mindbody, you will be a key driver of outbound sales efforts, focusing on connecting small businesses in the health, wellness, and beauty sectors with Mindbody's innovative technology solutions. This role is integral to our inside sales team, aiming to expand our client base and support business growth through proactive outreach.

Your primary responsibilities will include initiating high-volume outbound communications via calls, emails, texts, and social media to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for each client. Additionally, you will deliver compelling product demonstrations, tailor solutions to meet client needs, and consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of closing deals and surpassing targets. Strong negotiation skills, confidence in cold calling, and the ability to handle objections with empathy are essential. A tech-savvy mindset, enthusiasm for the wellness industry, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems like Salesforce are also required.

Mindbody offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary range of $50,000 - $55,000 for inbound sales teams and $60,000 for outbound sales teams. The total compensation may also include performance bonuses, benefits, and other incentive plans. Actual compensation packages are tailored based on factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications, and work location.
