Site Supervisor Oosterweel
The Site Supervisor Oosterweel position at BESIX Unitec involves leading the daily execution of the Oosterweel project, a significant infrastructure initiative in Antwerp, Belgium. Candidates should possess a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience in complex infrastructure projects, with a minimum of three years of relevant work experience in civil construction. Proven skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and change management are essential, along with the ability to motivate, delegate, and coordinate effectively to foster a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in Dutch and a good command of English are required, as well as a strong technical background and familiarity with MS Office; experience with MS Project is considered a plus.
