Site Reliability Engineering Lead

Graphcore is seeking a Site Reliability Engineering Lead to establish and lead a new SRE organization responsible for the production operation of a rapidly scaling AI supercomputing platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to build the reliability function from the ground up, ensuring the platform's operational capability as it grows through multiple deployment phases. The SRE Lead will work closely with engineering teams to develop a deep understanding of the platform and participate in troubleshooting and incident response during the development and early production phases.
