The Experience Site Manager role is responsible for the comprehensive management of Fever's experience site in Madrid, overseeing unique experiences within a single venue. This position entails full accountability for operational execution, customer service excellence, and financial efficiency. Reporting directly to the Fever Originals Local team, the Site Manager will lead daily operational decisions and spearhead efforts to enhance the brand's presence through community partnerships and private events.
Key responsibilities include leading daily venue operations to ensure top-tier service quality and guest satisfaction. The Site Manager will manage and schedule on-site staff, maintain facility cleanliness and readiness, coordinate corporate and private events, and implement safety procedures to protect guests and staff. Additionally, the role involves overseeing compliance with all relevant regulations and completing detailed daily reports to highlight necessary actions and incidents.
The ideal candidate will possess over five years of experience in operations, hospitality, live entertainment, franchise management, or related fields. Essential qualifications include proficiency in budgeting and expense control, strong leadership and communication skills, excellent planning and organizational abilities, and a friendly, energetic personality. Comfort with technology, problem-solving aptitude, physical stamina for extended periods, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule are also required.
