Site Manager - Construction
As a Site Manager at Franki Foundations, a subsidiary of the international BESIX Group, you will oversee the preparation, supply, and operational monitoring of construction sites across Belgium, the Netherlands, and France. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring cost control and delivery compliance, optimizing team schedules, and facilitating effective communication among partners such as clients, architects, design offices, and project owners. Your leadership will be crucial in implementing health, safety, and environmental requirements, meeting customer quality standards, and adhering to project deadlines.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction or equivalent experience, with prior professional experience in a technical sector involving team management considered a plus. Fluency in French and Dutch is required, with English proficiency being advantageous. Key skills include strong organizational abilities, a focus on safety, quality, and results, excellent people management, and a sense of initiative and responsibility. Flexibility for travel and variable work schedules is also essential.
