Shipping Clerk
The Shipping Clerk at Eurofins is responsible for managing the shipping and receiving of all products, materials, and supplies. This role involves assembling and preparing various collection kit types for delivery to retail and corporate partners, coordinating the loading and unloading of goods, and maintaining organized inventory systems to ensure efficient retrieval of materials. The Shipping Clerk also inspects incoming shipments against packing lists and shipping documents, records shortages, and rejects damaged goods as appropriate. Additionally, the role requires determining appropriate shipment methods, preparing shipping labels and other required documentation, and troubleshooting shipping issues and customer or partner complaints. The position demands frequent communication with both internal teams and external partners to confirm shipment status and resolve issues. The Shipping Clerk is expected to adhere to compliance requirements, company policies, and confidentiality standards, manage time effectively, and consistently meet established performance metrics. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
