SFMC Engineer
Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking an SFMC Engineer to join our Growth team in Madrid. The Growth team is responsible for promoting Fever's business plan across all markets, ensuring our events perform as expected, and driving global growth.
In this role, you will lead global CRM initiatives focusing on growth and development. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing strategic CRM campaigns across multiple channels such as email, push notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp to engage, retain, and grow our user base. You will analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and customer feedback to continuously improve messaging, segmentation, and overall CRM effectiveness. Collaboration with marketing, product, and data teams will be essential to align CRM strategies with business goals, ensuring a seamless and personalized user journey across all touchpoints.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in mathematics, statistics, or data analytics. You should have at least three years of experience in a CRM-related role and proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms. A high level of English proficiency is required, with Spanish being a plus. Strong data-driven decision-making skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in coding languages such as SQL, R, or Python are preferred. Experience in strategy consulting or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage.
