Service Manager, elluminate Services
The Service Manager for elluminate Services at eClinical Solutions is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the elluminate® platform for a global client portfolio. This role involves coordinating with various internal teams, including Engineering, IT, Product Development, Implementation, Support, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless service delivery. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary operational contact for assigned clients, monitoring service delivery to proactively identify and resolve issues, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and regulatory requirements such as ICH/GCP guidelines and 21 CFR Part 11. The Service Manager also conducts regular operational reviews, maintains comprehensive service documentation, and supports audit readiness by ensuring compliance with quality benchmarks.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in life sciences, health sciences, information systems, or a related field, along with over five years of experience in service or project management within the life sciences, clinical research, or health technology sectors. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders across different time zones. Experience in managing technology-enabled services in regulated clinical environments and familiarity with clinical data management concepts are also important.
