Service Desk Logistics Coordinator (part-time, in office)
The Service Desk Logistics Coordinator at WeightWatchers is a part-time, in-office role based in New York, NY. In this role, the coordinator is responsible for coordinating the shipping and receiving of computer equipment to and from employees, ensuring accurate tracking and maintenance of hardware inventory, and preparing equipment for redeployment, including cleaning and secure data wiping. Additional duties include performing basic hardware maintenance, packaging equipment for shipment, and maintaining clear communication with end users regarding equipment status.
Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with end users. A basic familiarity with computer hardware and comfort using inventory or tracking systems and basic office software are also required. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move computer equipment and packages weighing up to approximately 40 lbs, as well as the ability to stand, walk, bend, and pack equipment for extended periods.
The position offers a base salary ranging from $17 to $30 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus program.
