CannonDesign is seeking a Service Desk Analyst Intern to join their IT team in St. Louis, Missouri. This role involves providing essential technology support to facilitate the development of design solutions for clients in health, education, and business sectors. As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment, contributing to the firm's mission of reshaping the world through innovative design.

In this position, you'll monitor the Helpdesk by receiving, escalating, and resolving tickets, ensuring timely responses to end-user issues. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting Windows and Microsoft Office problems for both local and remote users, setting up and coordinating employee equipment, and identifying areas requiring hardware upgrades. Additionally, you'll participate in testing and evaluating hardware and software, adapt existing systems to meet specific needs, and maintain peripherals like printers.

Candidates should be enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor degree program in Information Technology or a related field. Proficiency in MS Windows desktop and Microsoft Office is required. Strong communication skills and innovative thinking are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with the IT team to resolve technical issues in a user-friendly manner.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $22.50 to $27.50, with eligibility for discretionary bonuses.
