The Service Center Supervisor (SCS) at Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater Northeast, LLC, located in Vineland, NJ, serves as the primary liaison between the laboratory and the local client base. This role involves managing the service center facility and supervising couriers, samplers, and other personnel to ensure efficient operations. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, with a BS/BA in Chemistry or related sciences preferred. A valid driver's license is required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of client relationship or customer service experience, with 1-2 years of bench-level chemistry experience preferred. Supervisory experience is also desirable. Essential skills include excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work both independently and as part of a team.
