Service Advisor, Tysons Galleria
As a Service Advisor at Lucid Motors' Tysons Galleria location in McLean, VA, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring an exceptional service experience. Your key responsibilities will include greeting clients promptly, conducting comprehensive vehicle inspections, and accurately documenting client concerns for diagnosis and repair. You will consult with technicians to determine appropriate service options, explain all service choices to clients—including time and cost estimates—and track vehicles through the maintenance and repair process. Ensuring that all work meets Lucid's exacting standards before returning vehicles to clients is also a critical aspect of this role.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry. Excellent interpersonal skills, a compassionate and patient demeanor, and the ability to explain automotive terminology to clients with varying levels of knowledge are essential. Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and the ability to learn proprietary DMS software are also required. A valid driver's license with no suspensions in the past year is necessary.
