Service Advisor - Rutherford, NJ

As a Service Advisor at Lucid Motors in Rutherford, NJ, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless service experience for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting clients promptly, consulting with technicians, accurately documenting client concerns for diagnosis and repair, and explaining all service options, including time and cost estimates. You will also track client vehicles throughout the maintenance and repair process, ensuring that all work meets Lucid's exacting quality standards before returning vehicles to clients.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of previous automotive experience in a Service Advisor or front-facing customer role. Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office are essential. A valid driver's license with no suspensions in the past year is required, and candidates under 21 must have maintained a driver's license for a minimum of three years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire.

Lucid Motors offers a competitive compensation package, including a base hourly pay range of $28 to $38, along with comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and a 401(k) plan.
