As a Service Advisor at Lucid Motors in Los Angeles, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services. Your key responsibilities will include greeting clients promptly, consulting with technicians to accurately document and diagnose client concerns, and explaining all service options, including time and cost estimates. You will oversee the entire service process, ensuring that all work meets Lucid's exacting quality standards before vehicles are returned to clients.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of automotive experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing role. Excellent interpersonal skills, a compassionate demeanor, and the ability to articulate automotive concepts to clients with varying levels of knowledge are essential. Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and the ability to learn proprietary DMS software are also required.
