SEO/GEO Intern - Summer 2026

BetterHelp is seeking an SEO/GEO Intern for Summer 2026 to support our organic growth strategy across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms. As the world's largest online therapy service, BetterHelp is dedicated to making mental health care more accessible globally. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse team committed to expanding access to therapy and improving mental health outcomes.

In this position, you will assist in identifying opportunity pages for monthly content refresh sprints based on competitive analysis, search trends, and performance data. Additionally, you will track ranking movements and the impact of these sprints across pages. Your contributions will be integral to initiatives focused on increasing impressions, improving rankings for priority keyword targets, and strengthening technical SEO for enhanced performance in the evolving AI landscape.

We are looking for candidates currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Data, or a related field. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in working with spreadsheets, slides, and summarizing data. Clear written and verbal communication skills, the ability to identify patterns, and translate information into simple insights are also required. Attention to detail and strong time management skills will contribute to success in this role.

This is a remote position operating on Pacific Standard Time (PST), with candidates in any time zone welcome to apply. The hourly rate for this position is $20 - $25 per hour.
