SEO & AI Search Manager (x/f/m)

The SEO & AI Search Manager at Doctolib will lead efforts to enhance the company's visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms, ensuring patients can easily access accurate health information. This role is integral to Doctolib's mission of improving healthcare accessibility and patient engagement throughout France.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to both conventional search engines and generative AI platforms. The manager will oversee editorial governance, manage content calendars, and align priorities with business objectives. Additionally, the role involves mentoring a full-time intern and collaborating with freelancers to produce high-quality scientific health content.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in technical SEO and content optimization, a proven track record of scaling organic channels, and strong coordination and communication skills across teams. A data-driven and analytical approach is essential, along with comfort in utilizing AI tools, automation, and building workflows. Experience in the healthcare or regulated sectors and knowledge of international or multilingual SEO are advantageous.
