Senior Wireless Engineer
Eurofins is seeking a Senior Wireless Engineer to join our Consumer Product Testing team in Santa Clara, California. The Senior Wireless Engineer will be responsible for generating valid and accurate Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) test results in accordance with established standards. Key duties include following work instructions for all EMC tests, performing verification on test instruments to ensure accuracy and quality, adhering to internal quality processes and procedures, and reviewing EMC test reports to ensure their accuracy.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience. A minimum of three years of experience with Intentional Radiator requirements for FCC, ISED, and EU RED is required. Proficiency in performing tests outlined in standards such as FCC Part 15 Subpart C and E, 22, 24, 27, 90; ETSI EN 300 328, ETSI EN 301 893, and ETSI EN 301 908-1 is essential. Additionally, candidates should be skilled in configuring cellular signaling equipment to communicate with Equipment Under Test, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks independently while organizing and prioritizing workloads to meet or exceed deadlines.
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $125,000 per year, with a Monday through Friday schedule totaling 40 hours per week.
