Senior UI Programmer

Epic Games is seeking a Senior UI Programmer to join our dynamic team responsible for developing user interfaces across our diverse range of products. As a key member of the UI development team, you will contribute to creating intuitive and engaging interfaces that enhance user experience across Epic's gaming and software platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing UI systems and features. Your day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with designers and artists to translate UI/UX designs into functional interfaces, writing clean and efficient code, and ensuring the performance and scalability of UI components. Additionally, you will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C++ programming and experience with UI development in game engines, particularly Unreal Engine. Proficiency in developing responsive and user-friendly interfaces, a solid understanding of software design principles, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Experience with scripting languages and familiarity with version control systems are also desirable.
