Senior Technical Recruiter
Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team in San Francisco, CA. As a rapidly growing company backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, we specialize in AI-enabled platforms that transform disconnected data into actionable intelligence for public safety organizations, government agencies, and private-sector institutions. This role is pivotal in identifying and attracting top engineering talent to support our mission of delivering world-class products that serve over 125 million people across multiple states and countries.
In this position, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and successfully closing candidates for various software engineering roles such as AI, ML, Fullstack, Backend, and Infrastructure Engineers. You will proactively target both active and passive candidates through diverse sourcing channels, build and maintain strong talent pipelines, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet our ambitious hiring goals.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience within high-growth startup environments. Proficiency in engaging passive candidates, exceptional relationship management skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential. Experience with applicant tracking systems, particularly Greenhouse, is strongly preferred. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and candidates should be based in San Francisco and willing to work in the office.
The salary range for this role is $145,000 to $190,000 annually, complemented by benefits, equity options (if applicable), and potential bonuses.
