Senior Technical Recruiter
Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Washington, D.C. As a rapidly growing company backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, we specialize in providing AI-enabled solutions to public safety organizations, government agencies, and private-sector institutions. Our mission is to transform disconnected data into actionable intelligence, enhancing decision-making processes and improving outcomes for over 125 million people across multiple states and countries.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier talent for our engineering and product teams. Your primary duties will include sourcing both active and passive candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting pre-screening interviews, and managing the full-cycle recruiting process. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and fellow recruiters, you will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse and high-quality talent pipelines.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience within a high-growth startup environment. Proficiency in engaging passive candidates, strong relationship management skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential. Experience with applicant tracking systems, particularly Greenhouse, is preferred. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and candidates should be based in Washington, D.C., with a willingness to work in the office.
Peregrine Technologies offers a competitive salary range of $145,000 to $190,000 annually, along with benefits, equity options, and potential bonuses.
