Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Hyderabad, India. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for professional and leadership positions based in the United States, aligning with U.S. business hours to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders. The position is located in our state-of-the-art office in HiTec City within the Mindspace Office Complex.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the entire recruitment process, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Key responsibilities involve developing targeted sourcing strategies, conducting in-depth candidate interviews, and presenting well-qualified candidate slates to support hiring decisions. The role also requires managing multiple concurrent requisitions while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Candidates must have a proven track record of successfully recruiting professional-level roles in the United States, with exceptional English language proficiency and strong interviewing and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing high-volume or complex requisitions and familiarity with U.S. recruiting practices are essential. The ability to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones on a sustained basis is required.
