Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Fixed-term Contract)
Wolt is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for a fixed-term contract to support high-priority hiring across our Customer Support and Delivery Operations functions. This role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent in a fast-paced, international environment.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including planning hiring roadmaps, aligning on processes, and training interviewers as needed. Responsibilities encompass building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines, providing market insights and data-driven recommendations to hiring managers, and utilizing talent acquisition tools to optimize hiring efficiency and key performance indicators.
Candidates should have prior recruitment experience, particularly in fast-moving environments, and be confident in partnering with senior hiring managers and business leaders. A strong commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience, proficiency in data analysis and sharing pipeline insights, and clear communication skills in English are essential. The ability to make an immediate impact in a fixed-term role with minimal ramp-up time is also required.
