Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Sales & Operations (x/f/m)
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Doctolib Germany, you will play a pivotal role in building exceptional Sales & Operations teams that drive our ambitious growth in the German market. This position involves leading strategic recruitment efforts in a competitive landscape, where establishing Doctolib's brand recognition and talent pipeline requires innovative outbound strategies and top-funnel optimization. Your expertise in stakeholder management will be crucial as you partner with leadership to position Doctolib as the employer of choice in German healthcare technology.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies focused on top-funnel optimization to attract top-tier Sales & Operations talent. Collaborating with our central Employer Brand Talent Marketing team, you will craft compelling employer value propositions tailored to the German market, enhancing Doctolib's presence and credibility. Additionally, you will spearhead proactive talent sourcing initiatives, building robust pipelines through advanced outbound techniques, market mapping, and competitive intelligence to identify and engage passive candidates.
To excel in this role, you should have at least 10 years of recruitment experience with proven team leadership expertise, ideally in competitive markets or brand-building environments. Strong stakeholder management skills at the senior level are essential, with the ability to influence, advise, and partner with C-suite and VP-level leaders. A strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities is required, using data insights to drive recruitment decisions and optimize performance metrics. Full proficiency in German and English is mandatory.
