Position Overview
N-Power Medicine is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Staff, Contracts & Legal Operations Manager reporting to the VP, Operations. The Senior Staff, Contracts & Legal Operations Manager will play a key role in managing the company’s contractual relationships, ensuring that contracts are executed efficiently, comply with applicable laws, and mitigate risks. The Senior Staff, Contracts & Legal Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiating to managing and enforcing contracts. This is a key non-lawyer role that supports the efficient operation of our legal function by managing contracts, streamlining workflows, and coordinating legal processes. The ideal candidate has experience in contract administration, knowledge of healthcare compliance, strong organizational and project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
This is a hybrid on-site role; Bay Area is required.
