Senior Solutions Engineer - West
Webflow is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their remote-first team, focusing on the Western United States and Canada. This role involves collaborating with Account Executives to deliver tailored solutions that align with customer business objectives and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will reside in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones and be prepared for an in-person onboarding session in San Francisco, CA.
In this position, you will guide customers through the evaluation process of Webflow, ensuring that the platform meets their strategic goals. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth discovery sessions, designing solutions, validating technical aspects, and developing business cases. You will also present demonstrations that showcase Webflow's capabilities, lead workshops and trials, and represent the customer voice to influence product direction. Occasional travel up to 25% may be required.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, preferably in the web development or digital experience platform space. A consultative approach to problem-solving, strong storytelling skills, and proficiency in APIs and web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are essential. The role also requires the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation for this role varies based on geographic location. In the United States, the salary ranges from $178,000 to $210,000 per year, depending on the cost of labor in the specific area.
