Senior Solution Lead, Pre-Sales & Solution Strategy (remote)
Monks is seeking a Senior Solution Lead to join its Pre-Sales & Solution Strategy team. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Client Leadership teams to develop and market solutions that drive multi-million-dollar outcomes. The position focuses on large, complex opportunities valued at $1 million or more, requiring strategic problem-solving and technical expertise.
Key responsibilities include translating client objectives into clear, technically sound solution architectures, leading discovery workshops, and crafting compelling narratives and pricing models. The role demands seamless navigation between high-level business outcomes and detailed engineering discussions, ensuring comprehensive solution narratives across various client engagements.
Candidates should have 7 to 12 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or consulting within IT services, SaaS, cloud, or AI-driven solutions. Proven success in influencing or closing deals of $1 million or more is essential. A strong understanding of service delivery, including software development life cycles, cloud migrations, and infrastructure operations, is required. Experience with AI integration and the ability to develop robust pricing models are also important.
