Senior Solution Lead, Pre-Sales & Solution Strategy (remote)

Monks is seeking a Senior Solution Lead to join its Pre-Sales & Solution Strategy team. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Client Leadership to develop market-leading solutions and influence multi-million-dollar outcomes. The position focuses on large, complex opportunities valued at $1 million or more, requiring strategic problem-solving and technical expertise.

Key responsibilities include translating client objectives into clear, technically sound solution architectures, leading discovery workshops, and defining winning solutions for both the client and the company. The role also involves creating compelling presentations and pricing models, managing the solution narrative throughout the sales process, and providing high-level pricing estimates tied to value impact statements.

The ideal candidate will have 7 to 12 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or consulting within IT services, SaaS, cloud, or AI-led solutions. Proven ability to influence or close deals valued at $1 million or more is essential. A strong understanding of service delivery, including SDLC, cloud migrations, modernization, and infrastructure operations, is required. Experience with AI integration, agent workflows, automation, or model-enhanced applications is also important.
