Senior Solution Engineer (all genders)
As a Senior Solution Engineer at Lucanet, you will serve as a technical expert for our CFO-focused product suite, collaborating with sales teams across Europe to deliver tailored solutions. Lucanet is a leading provider of financial consolidation and planning software, dedicated to empowering finance leaders with innovative tools to streamline their processes.
In this role, you will conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and business objectives, providing customized solutions that align with their needs. You will deliver compelling technical demonstrations and presentations, support sales teams in driving technical wins through value selling techniques, and mentor junior Solution Consultants by sharing best practices and technical knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have a background in finance, accounting, or tax, with expertise in areas such as financial reporting, planning, taxation, or group accounting. Experience in sales engineering or technical pre-sales within SaaS or FinTech environments is highly desirable. Proficiency in using CRMs and sales tools, along with excellent communication skills in German and English, is essential. Analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a collaborative mindset, are key to success in this role.
