Senior Software Engineering
As a Senior Software Engineer at EBANX, you will lead a highly skilled technical team within our Engineering department. EBANX is a prominent fintech company dedicated to enabling global businesses and consumers to participate in the digital economy across 21 rapidly growing markets. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of software engineers, collaborating closely with product areas and development teams to deliver impactful products on a global scale. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting thorough code reviews, assisting team members with complex design and architectural decisions, and continuously testing and deploying code to production. Additionally, you will work on strategic projects, contribute to the evolution of our high-availability payment platform, and develop tools to enhance team productivity.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in designing, implementing, and deploying software solutions to production, as well as leading software engineering teams. A strong interest in data structures, concurrency, persistence, and distributed systems is essential. Proficiency in version control systems like Git, a commitment to software quality, and the ability to learn new technologies and programming languages are also required. Advanced English skills (reading, writing, and speaking) are necessary for effective communication within our global team.
