In this position, you will collaborate closely with customers, engineers, and leadership to design, build, and launch new products. Your responsibilities will include developing end-to-end applications, improving APIs, integrating with third-party services, and building scalable architectures capable of handling high traffic. Emphasizing a customer-centric approach, you will partner directly with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into valuable features.
The ideal candidate will have a BS/MS degree in computer science or a related engineering discipline, with over six years of full-stack software development experience. Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript (React) is essential. Experience in fast-paced startup environments, an experimentation mindset, and the ability to navigate ambiguity are highly valued. Additional experience in building scalable technical architectures, trust and safety products, data analysis, and scraping technologies is advantageous.
Compensation for this role ranges from $185,000 to $218,000 USD annually, depending on location and experience.
