Senior Software Engineer

Public Storage, the nation's leading self-storage provider, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. This role involves direct collaboration with IT leadership, development teams, enterprise architects, and vendors to design, develop, and deliver technology-based solutions that enhance our services and operations.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing integrated solutions to resolve complex technical issues, leveraging existing and emerging technologies to enhance systems and solutions. You will estimate development efforts, work closely with project managers and leadership teams to deliver expected outcomes, and support project deliverables and schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to deliver software projects on time, work independently or in small groups, and understand the business impact of technical solutions. Proficiency in C#,.NET Framework, Core is required, along with experience in data structures and algorithms, version control systems like Git, and database management with SQL Server. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is also desirable.

Public Storage offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $115,000 to $150,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional discretionary bonuses or incentives may be available. Employees are expected to work in the office five days each week, with the option to take up to three flexible remote days per month.
