Senior Software Engineer

Eurofins is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the development of sophisticated applications and Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN) that support our international network of laboratories.

In this position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications using the Microsoft technology stack. Your day-to-day activities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implementing robust and scalable solutions, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices in software development. Additionally, you will troubleshoot performance-related issues and optimize code for efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in web application development C#, MVC, and WebAPI. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as Angular 2 or above, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3 is essential. A strong understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, design patterns, and experience with Cosmos DB and MSSQL are also required. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, unit testing frameworks, and authentication protocols like OAuth2 and OpenID Connect will be advantageous.
