Senior Software Engineer (Crypto/Web3)

Hyphen Connect is a venture-backed Web3 startup dedicated to creating next-generation social and financial primitives. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing core protocol features and secure smart contracts that will drive the future of decentralized technology.

In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing core protocol features for Web3 applications. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and deploying secure smart contracts using Solidity, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain solutions, ensuring the scalability and performance of blockchain implementations, staying updated with the latest developments in blockchain technology and EVM internals, and conducting code reviews while providing mentorship to junior developers.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Solidity and TypeScript, a strong understanding of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) internals, experience in developing and deploying smart contracts on blockchain platforms, knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi) and blockchain protocols, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and strong communication and collaboration abilities.
