The Senior Salesforce Solutions Consultant at Komodo Health plays a pivotal role within the company’s commercial technology team, focusing on delivering tailored Salesforce solutions to support life sciences organizations. In this role, the Senior Salesforce Solutions Consultant will be responsible for assessing client requirements, designing and architecting robust Salesforce solutions, and leading the deployment and optimization of Komodo’s products within client Salesforce environments. The day-to-day work includes facilitating discovery sessions, producing solution designs, conducting system configurations, and guiding both internal stakeholders and customers during the implementation process. The consultant is expected to function as a subject matter expert, providing advisory services on best practices for integration and workflow automation.
Ideal candidates will have significant hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, solution design, and deployment in enterprise environments. Requirements include at least five years in a Salesforce consulting or solution architect role, deep knowledge of Salesforce features such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations, and a track record of successful software implementations. Candidates should possess strong client-facing skills, the ability to communicate complex technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders, and an analytical, problem-solving mindset. Experience in the life sciences or healthcare sector is considered a strong asset.
