The Senior Sales Engineer at Interface AI plays a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our AI-powered banking solutions. As a key member of the sales team, you will leverage your technical expertise to articulate the value of our products to prospective clients, ensuring they understand how our solutions can transform their customer interactions. Interface AI is at the forefront of reimagining banking experiences, aiming to provide seamless, personalized, and instant services to millions of consumers.

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the technical features of our products in-depth and serving as the product expert during sales engagements. Your day-to-day activities will include answering business and technical questions, delivering custom demonstrations, articulating business value propositions, and providing technical competitive differentiation. You will collaborate closely with the sales team in business development activities, assist in conversations with prospects by providing relevant technical information, and work on building organizational and technical writing skills to execute business-critical RFPs and RFIs. Additionally, you will provide prospect and customer feedback to internal stakeholders and participate in client events, tradeshows, and other key initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of total technical experience, with at least 4 years in Sales Engineering. A strong self-motivation and the ability to learn quickly are essential. A passion for the intersection of AI and banking, experience in a B2B SaaS startup environment, and outstanding problem-solving abilities are highly valued. A background in engineering or computer science is mandatory. Experience in successfully selling enterprise software, particularly to financial services, is a plus. The candidate should be adept at engaging in value-driven conversations with CXO-level executives, explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using prompt engineering techniques to enhance productivity and decision-making with generative AI tools is also desirable.

Compensation for this role includes On-Target Earnings between $160,000 and $220,000, comprising base salary and commissions. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
