Doctolib is seeking a Senior Sales professional to join its dynamic Hospital Team, dedicated to supporting and expanding relationships with strategic hospital clients across France. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 70 hospital establishments, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and the expansion of Doctolib's solutions within their services. Your contributions will directly impact the enhancement of healthcare access in French hospitals and drive the digital transformation of the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities include managing and developing your commercial portfolio by upselling and cross-selling Doctolib's solutions, such as digital secretarial services, teleconsultation, online pre-admission, consultation assistance, and caregiver cooperation tools. You will conduct quarterly business reviews with hospital management, providing strategic recommendations based on comprehensive data analysis. Additionally, you will coordinate internal teams to oversee complex solution deployments, including system migrations and integrations, ensuring successful adoption. Identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities by understanding each establishment's organizational and strategic challenges is also essential.

The ideal candidate possesses 5 to 10 years of experience in managing large B2B accounts, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Significant experience in the healthcare sector, particularly within hospitals or medical-social environments, is crucial, along with a deep understanding of the French hospital ecosystem. Proficiency in strategic account management methods and the ability to handle complex, long sales cycles are required. A Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, university, or engineering school is preferred, and fluency in both French and professional English is necessary.
