The Senior Sales & Agency Manager (Spain) at xAI will lead the Spanish sales team, focusing on driving revenue growth through partnerships with agencies and direct clients. Key responsibilities include generating revenue growth by managing industry sales across key verticals and agency partnerships, leading and inspiring a high-performing sales team to meet quarterly targets, and developing strategic relationships with agencies and clients. The role also involves executing trading strategies for local collaborative agreements and delivering educational training on xAI products and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in digital media sales, marketing, agency partnerships, or media sales, with specific expertise in the Spanish market and EMEA verticals. A deep understanding of both performance and brand marketing, strong client-facing and commercial skills, and a proven track record in building and managing high-performing sales teams are essential. Familiarity with agency holding companies and strong relationships across the agency landscape are also required.
