The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in total rewards within global, high-growth environments, deep expertise in compensation and benefits design, and strong analytical and modeling capabilities. They should possess commercial acumen, have led complex reward initiatives, and be confident in influencing senior stakeholders and presenting to executive audiences.
