Senior Reward Manager

Canva is seeking a Senior Reward Manager to join its Reward team, which is integral to developing innovative total rewards strategies that attract and retain top talent globally. This role involves partnering with senior leaders and People Partners to shape compensation frameworks that align with Canva's mission and support its rapid growth.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing company-wide total rewards strategies, leading high-impact projects such as job architecture evolution and market expansion, and providing strategic compensation insights to inform business decisions. The role also involves analyzing market data to identify emerging trends and preparing executive-level content on total rewards matters.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in total rewards within global, high-growth environments, deep expertise in compensation and benefits design, and strong analytical and modeling capabilities. They should possess commercial acumen, have led complex reward initiatives, and be confident in influencing senior stakeholders and presenting to executive audiences.
