Senior RevOps Analyst
The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst at Checkr plays a pivotal role within the Revenue Operations team, focusing on the expansion of the mortgage vertical. Key responsibilities include partnering with Finance and Sales leadership on strategic planning processes such as target setting, quota allocation, and territory planning. The analyst is tasked with defining and standardizing reporting processes, monitoring performance metrics, and forecasting results to support business reviews and strategic planning. Additionally, the role involves managing and improving sales forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely sales projections, facilitating effective resource allocation and planning.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, along with over four years of experience in Revenue Operations and Strategy, particularly in direct collaboration with sales leadership. A proven track record in successful sales operations management and strategy implementation is essential. Proficiency with Salesforce, basic SQL, data visualization tools, and sales forecasting and prospecting tools is required. The candidate should demonstrate a proactive approach to continuous improvement and efficiency, with a strong sense of intellectual curiosity and a focus on scaling processes through automation and repeatable methods.
Compensation for this role varies by location. In San Francisco, CA, the base salary ranges from $119,000 to $140,000 USD, while in Denver, CO, it ranges from $101,000 to $119,000 USD.
