Dilitrust, a leading European SaaS provider in the legal tech sector, is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager – Systems & Tools to join their team in Paris. This role is integral to managing and optimizing the company's revenue technology stack, ensuring seamless support for Go-To-Market, Customer Success, and Finance teams. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to transforming legal departments worldwide with cutting-edge technology.

The Senior Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for owning and administering prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, Lusha, FullEnrich, and Lemlist. Key duties include managing and optimizing the revenue tech stack, ensuring proper configuration and governance, maintaining and improving customer and prospect database quality, and designing scalable processes across the customer lifecycle. Additionally, the role involves managing system integrations, leading data migrations, and providing support to ensure tools are used effectively across teams.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in Revenue Operations, CRM administration, or similar roles, with strong expertise in prospecting tools, CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), and Customer Success Platforms (preferably Planhat). Proven experience in data management, process design and automation, and system integrations is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to bridge business and technical needs effectively.
