Senior Revenue Enablement Program Manager
Actian is seeking a Senior Revenue Enablement Program Manager to enhance the effectiveness of our global go-to-market (GTM) team, which includes Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and Sales Engineers. This role focuses on developing and implementing scalable enablement programs that accelerate the productivity of our field teams. Actian specializes in data management and business intelligence solutions, leveraging advanced hybrid database technology, vector architectures, data intelligence platforms, and conversational AI capabilities.
The Senior Revenue Enablement Program Manager will design and execute comprehensive global enablement initiatives, including sales onboarding, continuous product and solution training, sales skills development, and technology adoption tracks. Responsibilities encompass translating complex product positioning and sales methodologies into repeatable frameworks, developing field-ready assets such as presentation decks and playbooks, and facilitating training sessions across virtual and in-person formats. Additionally, the role involves driving the adoption of the MEDDICC sales framework and leveraging tools like Gong to identify skill gaps and optimize field performance.
Candidates should have 6–9 years of experience in revenue enablement, sales training, or related roles within a technical B2B software or enterprise SaaS environment. Expertise in enabling teams within complex technical landscapes, particularly in areas like database management, data governance, or analytics software, is essential. Proficiency in the MEDDICC sales framework, strong content creation skills, and the ability to facilitate training sessions effectively are also required.
