Optro is currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic Senior Renewals Deal Desk Analyst to become part of our expanding Order Management team. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the enforcement of company renewal policies by verifying the accuracy of renewals orders/contracts, ensuring adherence to clean order protocols, inputting and maintaining order and contract data into our record-keeping systems, and assisting the renewals team with contract questions, policy guidance, and combined deals. In addition to primary responsibilities, this position offers a fantastic opportunity to aid in developing and implementing procedures, reporting, and system features that will boost business outcomes and elevate our organization to new heights.
