This position is integral to the Sales Regulatory Enablement function, ensuring that distribution and product strategies are executed compliantly, thereby enhancing regulatory confidence and expediting time-to-market. The role is based in Dallas, TX, and operates within Vanguard's hybrid work model.

In this capacity, the specialist leads regulatory enablement activities across various initiatives and business processes, ensuring adherence to applicable rules, regulations, and internal policies. Responsibilities include managing multiple workstreams, developing and monitoring project plans, and providing expertise on major project deliverables. The role also involves serving as a subject matter expert on regulatory requirements, offering guidance on interpretation and implementation, and collaborating with Business, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to translate requirements into actionable controls and operational practices.

Candidates should possess a minimum of five years of related work experience, with at least two years in project management. Experience in financial services and function-specific areas is preferred. An undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience is required, with a graduate degree being advantageous. Preferred skills include demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives in regulated environments, strong stakeholder management and communication abilities, and a collaborative leadership style focused on sustainable change.
