About the Role:
As a Senior Recruiter at Sardine, you will play a crucial role in shaping our talent strategy and driving the growth of our business. You will manage full-cycle recruitment across locations and functions.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, including software engineering, product, sales, marketing, and post-sales, across multiple regions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop a clear hiring strategy for each role.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
