We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract) to support hiring across our EMEA and APAC go-to-market teams during an exciting period of growth. In this role, you’ll partner directly with business leaders across enterprise and public sector teams to attract and hire exceptional talent who are helping build trust in the blockchain ecosystem.
This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven company operating at the intersection of cryptocurrency, technology, and financial crime investigations, while working closely with a collaborative global Talent Acquisition team.
Contract Details
- Fixed term contract (6 mths)
- Hybrid working – 1 day per week in our London office
- Immediate impact supporting high-priority GTM hiring across EMEA & APAC
In this role, you’ll:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles across EMEA, including enterprise sales, account management, and customer-facing roles
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage top talent across SaaS, fintech, and emerging crypto markets
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring strategies and identify the right profiles for their teams
- Manage candidates through the full interview process, delivering a high-touch, transparent candidate experience
- Provide market insight and hiring guidance to stakeholders, acting as a trusted recruiting partner
- Maintain strong pipelines of diverse talent across multiple geographies
- Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to share best practices and improve recruiting processes
