Agoda is seeking a Senior Quantitative User Experience Researcher to join our Product team in Bangkok. In this position, you will lead end-to-end research initiatives that inform product development and enhance user experiences. Responsibilities include planning and conducting quantitative studies, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into product strategies. You will also mentor team members and advocate for research excellence within the organization.
The ideal candidate holds a Master's or PhD in a relevant field and has over 10 years of experience in consumer-facing domains. Expertise in quantitative research methods, such as log analysis and survey design, is essential. Proficiency in qualitative methods, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment are also required.
